I must be feeling the full effect of winter. I seem to be focusing on warm weather items this week. A few days walking around the City admiring the tree, lights and windows will remind a person to keep warm. Here is an item I love. There are pedometers that track distance and some even will give you your calorie burn if you are lucky. And we all know that some pedometers are better than others. Often if one asks for an inexpensive model I will decline to sell it to them. Here is a new clip on model that actually gives you a calorie burn counter, distance tracker, time display and comes preloaded with batteries. And for easy use it has a clip for a belt or waistband to attach to. The best part of all is that there is a heart rate monitor on the side to calculate your heart rate. Now to be honest I haven’t actually tried one for myself, and if my supplier is quick enough to read this and send me one, I will give you my own tried and true personal opinion of this product being an avid exercise person. If not, I will get one myself any way and let you know what I believe.
