October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and this year more than ever this has come close to home. To help raise money and to fundraise for Breast Cancer my daughter has organized a  team for the American Cancer Society called Slev’s Boob Patrol – Making Strides in Central Park on October 18, in Central Park. Below are the bracelets we created to fundraise. By wearing these bracelets we have raised close to $100 dollars and connected with many sharing stories and offering support. For all that walk, Tee shirts will be handed out. We want to thank everyone that has already donated and those that plan to and will be joining in the walk. Together we have raised over $8,000 and still counting.
